TERMS OF SERVICECommitment and Agreement
- I have the right to decline any commission request.
- Prices listed are for commercial purposes only.
- I reserve the right to reuse your commission for my portfolio, unless stated in the NDA.
- Extra charges may be applied for complicated design, extra character(s), and details.
- Clients should provide clear references and the general idea for the commission, otherwise can be negotiated further through personal messages.
- If possible, please provide a Mutual NDA.Delivery and Payment
- Payment methods are to be discussed, whether using invoice or direct payment to Paypal.
- Prices are in USD. All payments are in USD or transferred to Indonesian bank.
- Clients should provide a clear agreement or contract for payment.
- Service delivery should be around 1-4 weeks, further deadlines or delays will be discussed.Workflow
Rough Sketch Submission (Rough coloured sketch, 1-3 options) → Checkpoint 1 (Lineart and base colour) → Checkpoint 2 (Color and details) → Upload Deadline
- Workflow can be adjustable by client’s request,
- I will work on commissions from Monday to Friday. I will not work on commissions the weekend but work chats are still available.
- Minor edits are permitted at any stage (adding small details/colour changes, etc.). Up to three Major edits (pose/costume changes) are allowed during the sketch phase. Any major changes requested after the sketch has been finalized will be charged extra.Copyright/Usage policy
- Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens.
- Use of artwork for any advertising or for profits with non-fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
- I reserve the right to reuse the commission for my portfolio, unless stated in the NDA.
